Parse '-p' parameters and make them accessible via 'parameter()' from within a module (basically, restore the previous configuration facility). Still TODO: Add support for configuration files.
Add access for all modules to the commandline parameters (called "config" in bumblebee-status)
Put tests into directory structure equivalent to that of the code itself, for better separation (hopefully)
