At the moment it is not possible to delete dates. Maybe this should be somehow protected?

It is not possible to delete recurring events, too.
If deleting is protected, then changing should be protected too. Perhaps you can add an optional password to achieve this. https://dudle.inf.tu-dresden.de/ does it somehow like this.
